- Shuzo Okabe, Architect (Born in Ehime, Japan.)
- 2004 : Established “upsetters architects” and serves as president to date.
2005 : Received Master’s degree from Keio University in the studies of media and governance, environmental design program.
2014 : Set up LED Enterprise, an office specialized in branding, and serves as representative. Founded New York Design Lab in New York as a part of global strategy and serves as CEO.
2018 : Founded Shiro Ao Inc. in Ehime Tobe as CEO.
2021 : Deputy Managing Director for Japan Design Consultants Association.
Aiming at “Architectural approach to future environment”, involves in environmental designing based on architectural concept and designing of strategies that work successfully for both conceptual vision and business feasibility.Received JCD Design Award Gold Medal, Good Design Award, iF Design Award and others in and out of Japan. Authored “upsetters architects 2004-2014,15,16,17” (upsetters inc./2018), Co-authored “Design Methodology of 11 Designers of 2000s” (Rokuyou-sha/2012), “Architect plus, Involve -around the design-” (Yuubooks/2019).

- 岡部 修三 / 建築家（愛媛県生まれ）
- 2005年慶應義塾大学大学院 政策・メディア研究科 環境デザインプログラム 修士課程修了。
2004年よりupsetters architects 主宰。「新しい時代のための環境」を目指して、建築的な思考に基づく環境デザインと、ビジョンと事業性の両立のためのストラテジデザインを行う。
2014年よりブランド構築に特化したLED enterprise 代表、グローバル戦略のためのアメリカ法人 New York Design Lab. 代表、2018年より愛媛県砥部町で採れる砥石の可能性を模索する株式会社 白青 代表兼任。2021年より日本デザインコンサルタント協会 (JDCA) 副代表理事。
JCDデザイン賞金賞、グッドデザイン賞、iFデザイン賞など、国内外での受賞歴多数。著書に「upsetters architects 2004-2014,15,16,17」(2018年、upsetters inc.)、共著に「ゼロ年代11人のデザイン作法」(2012年、六耀社)、「アーキテクトプラス“設計周辺”を巻き込む」(2019年、ユウブックス) がある。
